The rooms are very dirty

سلام عليكم (salam w'alekum) I stayed here in 2006 at time of Prophet's birthday . (April 11) Great location, old school hotel charm, great prices. I don't recall it being dirty or having any problems (this my second visit to Maroc. A friend just stayed at the hotel, I recognized the clock tower in his photo. He seemed to like it and thought the prices were good. I look forward to returning in the autumn اشكرك صديقي

No comfort. Terrible service.

Very humid

Looks nice from outside and at first sight. However, bathrooms were very dirty, poor and uncleaned. Blood on toilet, filthy taps, some sheets with stains and we have seen cockroaches. Still, bathrooms were cleaned when we asked for it and it is a good hotel if you have low expectations.

Decadent Hotel with nice decoration but poor cleanseness. It looks like a museum and smells bad. WiFi dont work, they dont change the sheets and even dont clean the floor. Terrible! Not recommended at all!

this hotel is on the favourit place in essaouira. the room. was comfortable. thatwas my problem, there is no hot water in the bathroom. but from hefe every interesting places is near.

I could go on and on about this hotel's flaws, but it also has plenty of advantages. Overall, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the interior is attractive. The rooftop is open and unfrequented, so you could hang out there, but like the rest of the hotel, it's neglected and shabby. The location is ideal, I'd say, equally close to restaurants and the sea. And for this price, there's nothing to complain about.
