A newish place with a really good renovation and nice looking spa in the basement. Fair value rooms. We booked into the spa for a massage that went badly. First problem is the hotel reception is in the spa area making it noisy. We arrived at 10am but no one was there to masage. The lady dis-organising it is pretty useless. At 10.30am she said massage was possible. My gf cancelled as she was annoyed. My massage was in reality only 45 mins not an hour and felt rushed. The massage lady was strong but massaged back against the blood flow on the calves and arms which is not great as there are one way valves in veins (I'm a physio). The room is really nice and warm as a positive. Three times someone came in asking the therapist questions also. Lastly I wanted 90 mins but it was 260 for an hour then 150 for another half hour! Makes no sense at all. Would not recommend it. But very difficult to find good a massage

Very conveniently located by the beach and within the Medina. It was extremely clean, beautifully decorated and I received an amazing service from Sihaam and her colleague (massage and pedicure). Thanks ladies. I’ll be back! 💕 …

It went very badly! They are liars and thieves! Avoid them at all costs!

Riad Raoud Rayan only had an insufficient and extremely moldy room for us with no windows to the outside or AC (just one window which opened only to the inner courtyard, not to the open air). The host refused to refund our stay or move us to another room allegedly full (supposed to be two nights). The host was surly, uncooperative and refused to help us. The room was so intensely moldy we would absolutely be ill if we stayed there. We had no choice but to change to another much more expensive hotel at the last minute with no refund for two nights at this Riad.

We came for hammam and massage and we were very disappointed. It was very rushed and not the most attentive. It was go go go everything fast, after massage didn’t even let us chill for 5min. So hammam and massage took 35min and all So so

Nice personel and everything. Only nasty thing was the small bugs that were crawling around the bed. Also our " superior" room had a humidity problem. Wouldn't go back..

This hotel is way overrate in Booking.com. The staff are dubious and unprofessional. Cleanliness is unacceptable on few aspects. Definitely do not recommend this hotel.

Charming little riad in the heart of the medina. Very kind and pleasant staff. Beautiful decor. A huge plus: the bathroom felt like being in a hammam! The only slight drawback was the pillows being too thick. I highly recommend it.
