We stayed there for a night when we visited Fes. The whole experience was not particularly pleasant. Anna and her team were welcoming at first, but then there were several important areas for improvement. 1) Slippers and towers were missing in our room. Anna promised to send new ones to our room, but they never arrived. 2) We did 1hr spa (500dh per person) there, but the whole experience lasted only 50mins (the treatment was originally 45mins, we were convinced to pay extra for another 15mins). Possibly they started counting when the therapists arrived, but we were informed to first wait for the riad slippers (as said, they never arrived and at the end we gave up and wore our own shoes to the spa centre). 3) We were told that breakfast started from 8:30am, but then there was no one at 8:40am. Eventually the breakfast was ready at 09:10am. 4) Due to the late breakfast, we needed rush to check out (for a long day driving to Mezouga). When we left the riad, we found out that we forgot a charger (when several usbs attached) and a shirt in the room. After communication, Anna kindly promised that they would help sending it by post and she understood that we would leave the country the following week. Nevertheless, after a few days, when we contacted again, she said she still could not make it to the post office because she’s too busy. Well, I guess if we did not call, we would never know and could never made other arrangements. 5) What was worse was that a piece of my jewellery went missing. We realised right after we contacted them for the charger and shirt. They told our driver that they could not find the jewellery, but there were only two possibilities: 1. It’s with the spa therapist who took it off during spa and forgot to give it back to me 2. It’s in my bathrobe. The team said they would do their best, but I have never heard back. Til this moment I received no direct response in WhatsApp. We understand that we were also responsible for not taking good care of our belongings but the way they handled and responded surely could have been better. We must acknowledge that during the stay, Anna and her team were cheerful and friendly, and the food was tasty. However, due to the points listed above, we did not throughly enjoy our visit here. This is only our experience at this riad and we hope your experience would be better. Thank you for reading this long review.

Stayed here for two nights and it was a truly amazing experience. The best cleaned Riad we have visited so far in Morocco. The architecture and sheer size of it is just one of a kind. Also the rooftop and extremely service minded owner and staff are exceptional. Well suited for everyone that wants a genuine stay with the Medina of Fez at their fingertips. If you visit also make sure to try their restaurant which has great moroccan food and wine selection.

What a wonderful place! That this place is beautiful and authentic, there is no doubt. However, what makes this place a real gem is the staff. Everyone that works in this place is lovely, gentile, kind and caring. Spending time in this Riad was really amazing, watching the city while drinking tea on the terrace and eating home made cookies. The spa is so nice, I did all the treatments available and they were all perfect! Of course that I could not forget to talk about the food…just superb! This is a real gem if you need some time to relax while experiencing something different like an ancient city!

Not respecting our privacy when we were doing spa which costs 50 euros per person. They were just discussing in arabe or French. A bad experience.

This Riad is simply amazing, it is actually a palace. We were treated very well by Anna and her team, much like long lost friends. The Riad is a stunning tranquil haven, the pictures will not do it justice. We enjoyed some lovely (large) breakfasts and dinners on the rooftop, cooked by Mamma Fatima. We were even served during a thunderstorm. The team baked me a brilliant birthday cake. Anna was particularly helpful and arranged a driver to show us the sights, and is willing to arrange anything that a guest may require. This Riad is genuinely exceptional and I would recommend it extremely highly to anyone visiting Fes.

Probably one of the most incredible Riad interiors in Fez. Simply stunning architecture. Service speed and efficiency needs work, but the staff means well and strives to please. Hostess initially came across as bubbly, but the upsell attempts were relentless and tactless from the moment we sat down to the time we left. We had loaded up the car after checking out and ready to leave town, and were being asked if we want to do a spa treatment later in the day. Just odd behavior. Towels are ready to be replaced, as is the shower head in our suite. Porters are on-point and extremely helpful.

An authentic riad feel that is embedded next to the old Medina. The rooms are spacious, but unfortunately, they had a cockroach problem. There are only 9 rooms in the entire place. Dinner was convenient, but we found out the following night it is 2x expensive compared to similar places.

We went to a New year party, payed 100€/person dinner and got a poor service, 3 cannapes + a cold dish and we're permanently distorted by a unrithmic pseudo-folkclore music for tourists. I totally recommend to avoid this tourist trap with really nice building.
