Riad El Manantial

We were two couples a month ago, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience than our first trip to Morocco. Much of this goes to the establishment itself, as well as the staff at Riad El Manantial. From the very first moment, they treated us wonderfully and made us feel very comfortable. The riad is charming, the rooms comfortable, the bed very comfortable, and the buffet perfect. It's located within the medina, which makes it easy to enjoy your stay right in the heart of it. Special mention to the staff: Farah helped us from the very beginning; the owner (sorry I can't remember his name) couldn't have been friendlier than he was; and finally, my Jay, Mohamed. After a short time with him, it felt like we'd known him before; he helps you with everything, is interested in your concerns, and is very helpful and a good person. He knows the medina and its intricacies like no one else, and makes for a unique experience. Thank you for treating us like this; it was a pleasure meeting you, and I'm sure we'll come back someday!

This riad makes your stay in Tetouan a 200% enjoyable experience. Farah, the receptionist, is delightful. She helps you with everything she can. She even arranged a private taxi ride for us. Mohammed acted as our guide, accompanying us to various places and even waiting for us. He even gave us directions when he had to return for prayers (we went during Ramadan). He even helped us book a hammam (a highly recommended experience). The riad's rooms are spectacular. Spacious, well-kept, and beautiful. The bathroom is very well-equipped: large shower, hairdryer... everything was great! The patio is wonderful, very, very pretty. But what we enjoyed most was breakfast: different types of breads and crepes, coffee, mint tea (of course), juice, jam, honey, eggs, butter, and cheese. A luxury. If you go to Tetouan, book here. It's right in the medina.

The riad is lovely and well-decorated, and the manager's welcome was warm and professional. Breakfast is very simple but good. The only downside is the Wi-Fi, which doesn't work in the room, and the 4G signal is also weak.

No one should visit Morocco without going to Tetouan, just as no one should visit Tetouan without staying at this riad. El Manantial is the perfect place to explore both the medina and the Ensanche district of Tetouan, making your stay an unforgettable part of your trip. Both the staff and the owner, Mutawassim, go out of their way to ensure that guests have absolutely everything they need, attending to even the smallest details and always ready to help with any problems that may arise. The rooms are wonderful and spotless, and the breakfast is spectacular and of excellent quality. For all these reasons, when you leave El Manantial, there's one thing you'll definitely take with you: a strong desire to return.

Riad Al Manential is an excellent historical and heritage residential site with a unique Andalusian style. It is characterized by cleanliness, tranquility, security, and excellent, upscale service from the owner of this distinguished house, Mr. (Mutasem) and his assistants, especially Mr. (Hamza). Located in the old city of Tetouan, it consists of only five rooms. It is excellent for couples, but not recommended for large families. I advise against carrying large bags, as the house is far from the parking area. Access to it requires walking through the streets of the old city, amidst the popular markets and narrow, winding passageways between the houses. For those who want to experience this atmosphere, it is an exciting experience for those seeking authenticity, history, and tranquility.

It's a fabulous riad nestled in the heart of Tetouan's medina. The staff were excellent overall. The tranquility is superb. Impeccable cleanliness and unbeatable comfort. Highly recommended.

Located in the Medina of Tetouan. It's a bit tricky to get to, but that's easily solved because the riad has an employee named Mohamed who accompanies you and shows you the way. If you contact the staff, they can arrange transportation from the airport. Mohamed accompanied us in the mornings and showed us the Medina, the old Spanish quarter, and a museum I was interested in seeing.
