Our experience at the Hotel Aurea in Tetouan was simply excellent. From the very first moment, the staff's service was impeccable: attentive, friendly, and always making sure everything was perfect. They also made a lovely gesture by taking us to a wedding, something we greatly appreciated and which demonstrates their professionalism and kindness. 💖🙏🏽✨ The hotel was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The service, the comfort of the rooms, and the food were outstanding; honestly, we couldn't ask for more. An exceptional experience at Hotel Aurea — more than we expected Our stay at the Hotel Aurea in Tetouan was simply unforgettable. To be honest, we were impressed from the very first moment, as we were expecting something more standard, but the hotel far exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff's service was exceptional, far surpassing the norm. They gave us a warm welcome and even showed us around the hotel upon check-in. The entire team was always friendly, attentive, and professional, yet genuinely approachable. The rooms were very comfortable, with excellent quality mattresses that allowed us to truly rest. The common areas were immaculate, with a very welcoming atmosphere and decorated with exquisite taste: tapestries on the walls, crystal chandeliers in the entrance… every detail was carefully considered. The buffet breakfast, included in the rate, was another highlight. There was everything you could want: eggs cooked to order, freshly squeezed orange juice, various salads, cereals (including one with chia seeds and fruit that we loved), breads, pastries, and more. The dining room staff was always attentive, making sure that nothing was lacking and that everyone was comfortable. On the second day, we had the opportunity to meet the hotel owner, a truly attentive person committed to the well-being of his guests. He personally inquired about our stay, and on our last day, he surprised us by offering his help in arranging our transfer to the airport. The taxi the hotel arranged for the airport was punctual and perfect. In short, Hotel Aurea not only offers comfort and good taste, but also a personal touch that makes all the difference. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, both for those visiting Tetouan for the first time and for those already familiar with the city. In fact, we returned after visiting Tangier—and we would go back a third time without hesitation.
