Riad Al Borj

We booked a night at this establishment in good faith. But once we arrived in Tetouan, we were told that the hotel was very far away and that it would be a long walk to get there. This information was never mentioned before booking, which is unacceptable. Furthermore, the room offered didn't even have a window, which was completely contrary to our expectations. We intended to spend the night there, but because of these unpleasant surprises, our stay was completely ruined. I strongly advise against staying at this establishment. Travelers deserve more transparency and respect.

This is a beautiful riad in the heart of Tetouan's medina, which opened in July 2024. The rooms are very clean. Ayman and his brother Mohammed, the owners, are extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming. I highly recommend it! If I return to Tetouan, I will definitely stay there again!
