The apartment is really big, 2 bedrooms, a big kichen, living room and a patio. The guy who hosted us was very nice and welcoming. The place is clean, there's an air conditioner, a heater for cold, tv, clean bed, average view from the windows. It's kind of far from the city center, but Ouarzazate is small anyways, the furthest touristic destinations are 45min walking which is totally cool for someone who likes discovering the city by walking !
