Very disappointed with this bakery’s customer service. The staff are not professional, and there is no price consistency at all. The first time I bought bread, it was only 5 dirhams. Later, I made an order for 10 breads at 6 dirhams each, and I continued buying different types of bread at that same price. However, today the price suddenly increased by 1 dirham, and I was charged 7 dirhams per bread. What’s even more confusing is that yesterday I bought 3 breads for only 15 dirhams. ⛔️When I asked about the price change, the staff member told me that I should actually be charged more because yesterday I bought three breads for only 15 dirhams. His attitude was extremely rude and disrespectful.

I attended a marriage proposal where a cake was ordered from this bakery. It looked pretty from the outside and appeared to have several tiers, but when you cut into it, there were no layers or cream: just a dry mixture of ground nuts and sugar. The writing on the cake was unattractive and lacked finesse. Given the price paid and the importance of the event, the disappointment was immense. Personally, I do not recommend ordering cakes from here.

I ordered a cake for my marriage proposal day and we paid 1000 dirhams. I had chosen a white layered cake, like the one in the picture I had shown them. But when we cut it, we were so disappointed: the inside was just a mixture of ground dried fruit and sugar, without any layers or cream like the ones in the picture. The result made me really embarrassed in front of the guests. For the price and for such a special occasion, the quality was very disappointing. We didn't like it at all. It was a real shame; I don't recommend it.

I am so disappointed with your service. I've been a customer for years, but you never smile and you're not even helpful. I just bought a birthday cake for 350 dirhams, and you scrawled "Happy Birthday" with your foot! I didn't even have the pleasure of writing it myself.
