Paloma's Hotel

I prefer a clean, quiet hotel with comfortably Wi-Fi in the rooms. The room was a good standard, and comfortable, Wi-Fi, TV~ Furthermore, convenient facilities, and good restaurant, good food, good service, and the staff were very friendly. I give hight marks to the hotel. Thanks to the kindness of staff.

The first room they gave us had no WiFi connection at all and the aircon did not work. We complained and they gave us another room with dirty towels. The aircon did also not work. They then gave us the 3rd room with no hairdryer and the aircon is not that great ,plus the tv remote did not work, the beds are next to the very smelly bathroom and a broken toilet. I was thinking of buying some bleach for the toilet because it was very very smelly. I did not enjoy the stay at all. I will never come back again.

As part of Discover Excursions tour to Morocco from Sevilla, this hotel was amazing, beautiful, and welcoming. Very professional, helped us to learn more about their culture, food, and music. Quality, clean rooms and a great location. Did I mention how great the food was? Breakfast and dinner were great! Make sure to try their chocolate mousse dessert.

No air conditioner and wifi was pretty much a no. The food was just ok. The room was clean and you can't really walk anywhere.

Location in the middle of nowhere. Poor catering, buffet, wifi and acoustic. Good bed and shower. Overall clean. Maybe a 4 stars in Morocco but not for European standards.

Too much noise, people are not respectful and they dont know what the sign "keep calm" means i guess. I'm not satisfied at all... high price low expectations

It's an upscale hotel, everything, apartment complex, but I think the share price is high
