Nomai Fès

We have been coming to Nomai for years, and the food quality has always been excellent. We travel a lot and live in Paris, so we are used to a high culinary standard, and Nomai consistently delivers. We ordered several dishes and almost everything was outstanding in terms of flavor and presentation. The only small criticism regarding the food would be the mashed potatoes, which tasted quite bland compared to the rest of the meal. What truly stands out every time is the service. All the waiters did an exceptional job, extremely friendly, attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. For us, the quality of the service alone is already a reason to keep coming back. Unfortunately, there was one major negative point during our last visit: the number of flies inside the restaurant. It was very warm, and many houseflies kept coming in and constantly disturbed our dining experience. It honestly became quite unpleasant. One of the waiters reacted immediately and opened the door to let them out, which we appreciated very much. However, this is clearly a management issue. At these price levels, flies inside the restaurant are simply unacceptable. There are machines and many other professional solutions to prevent this kind of problem. Instead of blaming or pressuring the staff in front of guests, management should focus more on hygiene standards and improving the guest experience. Also, greeting guests when entering the restaurant should be basic professionalism for any manager. The waiters clearly know what they are doing and deserve recognition for their excellent work.

Service was outstanding, i was served my Mr. Rezki he was top notch. Food is made with high quality ingredients and everything has a different touch with keeping the authentic flavour. Atmosphere is OUT OF THIS WORLD 💯 Especially in the night.

Great experience! Friendly service, delicious napoletana pizza and sushi! They also have a car service to bring the guests home for free. I will definitely visit this restaurant again.

In my opinion one of the best places to eat fusion food. Fresh buratta. Pizza like in Italy. Nice atmosphere and friendly personnel. They have free transfer too, so you can ask it and they will take you to the restaurant and bring you back absolutely at no cost. Definitely Recommend!
