Great location, lovely friendly staff, it was so easy to get to and from the Riad. Mohamed and Mamadou were so helpful and friendly. The riad is so clean and very very relaxing. As soon as you walk in you just forget the world around you. Breakfast on the roof with the birds chirping was something else ! Definitely coming back :)

Absolutely beautiful riad in the heart of the Medina. Riad Nelia is a peaceful oasis with a stunning courtyard and pool. Everything was very clean and tastefully decorated. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive – we felt welcome from the very first moment. Perfect location to explore Marrakech on foot.

Everything about our stay here was lovely! The room was very comfortable and quiet, considering proximity to souqs within the busy Medina. We also enjoyed spoiling hamman spa services, delicious breakfast and a particularly memorable dinner on the rooftop terrace. Staff was so friendly and welcoming, Mamadou helped us out with everything from taxis to market bargaining tips.

Stayed 4 days. Very kind, polite, and helpful staff, every one of them. Nice location 8-10mins walking to the center and souk, but still at a quiet and clam area. They are several nice restaurants around. Walking distance to all the tourist spots. Nice riad and cute room, breakfast on the rooftop. We enjoyed our stay in Marrakech, we will come back!

Our stay at this Riad was exceptional. From the moment we arrived at the front desk, the staff attended to every detail with care. Special thanks to Mohammed, who went above and beyond to assist us when we were lost in the area. While the alleyway entrance was initially a concern, the front desk staff assured us that it's part of Marrakesh's charm, and they were right—the ambiance of the city truly comes alive in the alleyways. Upon check-in, we were warmly welcomed with Moroccan tea, adding to the authentic experience. The Riad's decor is exquisite, complemented by the soothing sound of the waterfall. Our room was clean and comfortable. We're already looking forward to returning for another memorable stay.

Thoroughly deserving its accolade. We loved this little boutique hotel. We arranged a taxi from the airport, without which you’d need to call for a guide. It’s tucked away just inside the Medina. Once we got our bearings it was very easy to find our way home. The rooms are stylish and Moroccan. If however you want a large bland hotel room with quiet plumbing, then look outside of the Medina in the new city, and miss out on the experience. The staff are amazing. Mamadou, the manager, in particular does an outstanding job. Always quick to respond to email or WhatsApp, engaging and very pleasant. Of all the things we did in 4 days, the Haman, a Moroccan body scrub was by far the best memory. Atika left both of us feeling ’newborn’. What a lovely lady. We would most definitely return. Best very reasonably priced restaurant was L’hssira Restaurant, just 4 minutes away

We had a 10/10 experience staying at Riad Nelia. As soon as we arrived in Marrakesh, we were picked up from the airport which was arranged by the Riad. The transportation went smoothly and the drivers were lovely. When we arrived at the Riad, we were greeted by the Team who were honestly the most welcoming and amazing people. Since this was our first time visiting the country, it was explained to us a little about the Moroccan culture, places to visit and eat. The Riad itself was amazing and one of the best places we have ever stayed. It was clean, great service, good location, enjoyable breakfast and a great atmosphere. We also booked a hammam and massage which was another 10/10 experience. I highly recommend booking this with Riad Nelia. Overall, we cannot fault this place. Best Riad in Marrakech considering price and quality. We stayed for 3 nights and we had an amazing stay. The Riad is a small paradise in the middle of Medina chaos. It is very clean and quiet. Breakfast was very good and varied. Location is 5-10 min walk from main points of interest. The attention from Mahmadou and the team made the difference. We will definitely be back our next time in Marrakech.
