This is a factory bakery churning out bread; there's no attempt at a real baker. They add sugar to brown their bread and give it flavor. Otherwise, it's a danger for diabetics. I've noticed that all bakeries in Morocco use this method of adding sugar. The relevant departments at the Ministry of Public Health need to take responsibility.

We visited this place many times in the last two weeks because we fell in love with it. The staff is so kind and cute, and the food is SO GOOD. Everything is so high quality, for an amazing price. It's so much better than other bakeries in Agdal. The salty choices are very full and tasty, and the sweet choices are sooo fresh and lovely. Recommended it to many people I know! My friend also ordered a cake from there, she says it was delicious and beautifully decorated. Thank you so much for your service !

The service was terrible. One of the employees made fun of a customer in front of everyone else. The customer had simply asked for someone to help him. The employee behind the counter, who was calling him, started laughing loudly at what the customer had just said. The customer felt humiliated in front of everyone, and about ten other customers tried to force their way out of the restaurant, which was extremely unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this pastry shop to anyone. The pastries themselves are of mediocre quality. The service and the products are truly awful, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, especially considering the rather high prices. On top of that, we found a hair in one of the pastries we bought, which was disgusting and revolting.

Terrible service. Twenty people were queuing only for one woman to be served before everyone else because she was a customer who had struck up a conversation with the staff. Unacceptable behavior in my opinion! I do not recommend this place!
