Excellent service, great value for money!

An overall good hotel, but do not expect to get more than what you pay for. Let's go through some details. + The hotel and the rooms are very clean + The staff is very professional and extremely helpful + The hotel restaurant serves generous and delicious fish meals + The "clown fast-food" is just across the street The first two "+" are what makes me come back to any hotel I've already stayed at and can beat all the negative sides I can think of. Let's see now what negative sides this hotel has: - Beds are not comfortable - Bring your own shampoo/soap, I didn't like those I found in the bathroom - It smells a strawberry like fragrance that I found very strong and unpleasant - Rooms are not soundproofed - Large rooms need extra time to get heated, which is not ideal on winter days - Wifi is not working well, so better use your phone as a hotspot As I said, you get what you pay for, and for a 3 star hotel, this hotel is a good option and is even better than other high starred hotels in the country. Would I go there again? definitely!

Achraf is a great server and is very nice to people. Only for him we always come back.

Stayed here for the first time; you pay around 75 euros but you get no peace and quiet. It is excessively noisy and terribly loud, which is a real shame because the staff is very sweet. Everything could be heard, from chairs being pulled to spoons falling. They were upstairs at the buffet (breakfast); everything could be heard in the rooms. You pay for peace and quiet, so perhaps they could do something about the noise level. Very disappointing, a one-time visit for us.

A special welcome that reflects the professionalism of the highly experienced staff, especially Ms. Romaysa and Rania. Elegant and clean room, charming view; happy to have stayed at this hotel, I will definitely return.

Great hotel, well located! Very clean. The reception and security guard were always present and welcoming, very discreet. Unfortunately, I requested an invoice with the price converted to euros, which they couldn't provide...a major drawback for me!

Very nice hotel. Welcoming, friendly staff. Spacious and clean room and bathroom. For us, the bedding was too hard, and there was a problem with soundproofing. Otherwise, no complaints. The breakfast was plentiful, with several choices, and regularly replenished.
