The staff were terrible, I absolutely do not recommend going there.

I had a birthday party and placed a cake order on Wednesday for pickup on Friday. Yesterday, I was told that no order existed for me, and Nassima, who had taken my order, wasn't there. Instead of explaining the situation and apologizing, I was asked to wait while they checked at the bakery, even though it was obvious the order had never been registered. I finally asked a guy named Hassan (completely unprofessional) to refund the deposit I had paid. He gave it back rudely, without the slightest apology or explanation for their mistake. I am very disappointed by this lack of professionalism. Luckily, I had a backup plan; this was my first and last visit.

Good bakery and pastry shop. Good products and efficient service. Unfortunately, I recently had a chocolate-walnut cake that wasn't very good at all, even downright ugly.

I think he's really overcharging for baguettes; they're more expensive than at Paul or Maître du Pain, even though they have better quality. Anyway, I was disappointed.

Despite a disappointing experience when I filed my complaint, I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of customer service and the kindness of the manager, Mr. Mohamed. I will therefore return for the delicious Moroccan pastries for Eid.

If I could give the service -5 stars, I would. And there's no point in telling the manager/cashier; they'll just look at the till screen and tell you there's nothing they can do (even though there were three of us complaining). I rarely, if ever, leave reviews, but when the service is this bad, it motivates me to do so. Hopefully, this message will lead to improvements, but I doubt it.

Quality and good products, but it's time for the establishment to be renovated.
