We had a lovely experience at the Barometre bar for pre-dinner drinks. It is a basement venue in the heart of Gueliz. You are welcome by staff when you reach the address and taken downstairs. It was a Thursday so it was pretty relaxed eventhough we had a booking. Their cocktails and bar snacks are absolutely delicious and very well presented. They take things seriously there. We sat at at table with high chairs in the restaurant part of the venue. A group of people were having dinner and food looked really good. Special mention to Simon who took great care of us. The staff is very professional and attentive. The venue is atmospheric and dark but you feel cosy with the clever lighting and the beautifully decorated bars. It is a vibe!
I can only recommend the place—we had a wonderful evening here! The cocktails are exceptionally unique and creative, and the food is delicious. The staff are extremely kind, attentive, and informative. They helped us with everything. Definitely visit if you’re looking for a truly special cocktail experience!😊 …
Incredible spot for cocktails and dinner. This is my second time going and both times were incredible. If you sit in the non-smoking section of the restaurant, ask for Simo! He was our server both times and his hospitality elevated the experience both times. Can't wait for the next time we are back.
Best cocktails in Marrakesh. Top Bar, Top Cocktails, Top food. I own a villa here and will return on every visit. High end establishment with custom cocktails and top mixolagists.
Baromètre is the kind of place you remember long after Marrakech fades back into its usual cinematic blur because it doesn’t try to “represent” the city. It expands it. What you’ve built is real diversity, not as a buzzword but as a lived experience: people, music, energy, service, flavors, influences everything moving in the same direction without ever feeling forced. It’s rare to find food that feels this international and this local at the same time, and even rarer to find a team that makes it feel effortless. The concept is genuinely unique: confident, modern, sharply curated. But the real headline is the hospitality attentive without hovering, warm without theatrics, and always one step ahead. You feel taken care of in the best way: quietly, precisely, and with taste. And then there’s the craft. The drinks are built to a high standard clean, balanced, serious with the kind of detail that signals a team who understands restraint as luxury. The food carries the same finesse: elegant, composed, and never heavy-handed. A few standouts deserve a special mention. The tortelli-style pasta was pure class—refined, deeply satisfying, executed with the precision of a kitchen that respects both technique and emotion. The chicken was exceptional: beautifully cooked, full of flavor, and confidently presented. The carpaccio was equally impressive elegant, layered, and quietly intense, with contrasts that kept every bite awake. Overall, Baromètre feels distinctive: bold, thoughtful, and clearly driven by standards rather than trends. Thank you sincerely for the hospitality this was a standout night in Marrakech, and a place we’ll speak about with conviction. Keep going exactly like this.
