Wish I liked this salon. I booked a lot of services: waxing, hammam, hair treatment, mani and pedi. The waxing was good. The hammam was truly a bad experience especially when I compare it to other hammams in the area, with more professional staff and a more relaxed ambiance. The lady in charge bombarded me with personal questions, ignored my requests at being gentle due to a surgery I had and was very unprofessional. Mani and pedi were okay. However, I highly do not recommend that you get any hair treatment at this establishment. Get your hair cut or trimmed but avoid any treatment done or you will regret it. I have had hair botox done at other hair salons and I come for a hair botox and was told that I would benefit more from another treatment that they had (which obviously was more expensive than the hair botox), I agreed under the pretense that they were professional and understood my concerns about my hair. I wanted volume and did not want my hair color to be altered. They applied a devoluminizer to my hair and I left with bright orange hair. They told me I should go back so they fix the color because it obviously looked horrendous and I lost even more volume in my hair. I have at least 5 other friends who wanted to book with them and didn’t do it after they saw my hair. I never left a salon looking worse than when I went in. Ikram was very professional and courteous but this is not a professional hair salon by any means. This is basically a fancy looking salon but the staff is mediocre. Even when she was applying the hair treatment on my hair, she was yanking at my hair and Ikram had to remind her to be gentle with the client. Avoid hammam (even tho she told me they replaced the lady who worked there but there are much better hammams in the same area such as topkapi) and avoid hair treatments!!!!

The staff is simply perfect! A huge thank you to the lady at the hammam, a real gem, as well as the two technicians who took care of my hair treatment. I tried a new treatment that I highly recommend, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Between the advice, the conversations, the laughter, and the professionalism, I had a truly enjoyable and relaxing time. I don't really know how to express the emotions I felt. I'm a very demanding, controlling person, and I really struggle to let go. And I truly believe that this is the very first time in my life (despite numerous salon experiences in several countries) that I've reached a level of complete relaxation. I'll elaborate a bit more on my opinion to be as honest as possible. First of all, I want to highlight the work of Ikrame, who handles reception, customer service, and support throughout the entire process. Every detail was carefully considered to make me feel as comfortable as possible. And honestly, you might think that details aren't important (in many salons – unfortunately), but here they made all the difference (atmosphere, calm, pleasant music, smiles, perfect response to my needs). Nawel, who gave me the hammam treatment, was very pleasant, gentle, and attentive to my sensitive skin (I had sworn never to go to a hammam again because of the roughness of some places; I take that back thanks to Nawel). Like a loving mother, she took care of me. God bless you. Then, I was treated by the lovely Macera (I apologize if I misspelled her name) - she was attentive to every part of my body, incredibly gentle, and applied just the right amount of pressure when needed. I truly felt fully cared for, as a whole being/body, thanks to her. Similarly, I had said I would never get a foot massage again - I take that back thanks to Macera, who did it perfectly. Thank you again to Ikrame for her kindness and professionalism, which makes us want to make Aura our true safe haven of well-being ✨❤️ Thank you, thank you, thank you!
