Al Mandari Hotel

A True Gem in the heart of Tétouan. Al Mandari Hotel was the perfect stay in Tétouan. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the location felt very safe with regular police patrols nearby. It’s close to both the city center and the old Medina, making it easy to explore on foot. The hotel restaurant served some of the best food we had in the area, and the complimentary breakfast was a delicious, authentic taste of northern Morocco. Some of the best beaches in the country—like Cabo Negro, Marina Smir, and M’diq—are just 15–20 minutes away. We also spent time in Martil, a charming seaside town with great restaurants all within walking distance. Highly recommend!

This was my first hotel in Tetouan and if I need a place to stay again it will be here. The service from the concierge was very friendly and helpful. They allowed me to see the room before I made my final decision. The price of the hotel is great especially for the location within the city. The room is very clean as well as the bathroom. The view from my room was beautiful. The mountains could be clearly observed from the multiple windows that lined the walls. The air conditioning was a great plus as well as the flat screen TV. The room service was also quick upon order, however be sure to keep any receipts from room service for the end of your stay.

Stayed there from 04.06.2024 till 10.06.2024 The location is amazing, almost at the heart of Tetuan Car parks are very limited but they do assist you to reserve a car park next to hotel My suit room was good but my family rooms were a bit small My balcony was amazing, in fact i had 2 All rooms have lockers and fridge They do have a wedding and honeymoon preparation and landary services at extra cost Service is very good and staff are very helpful The restaurant which is located on the 1st floor is very good in view as well as the food

Probably the best hotel in Tetouan. - A paid secure parking garage on the rear of the hotel for 20 dhs a night. - A mosque, 100 meters away. - Very calm - Modern architecture and quality building. - Great view. - Excellent service. - private air conditioning - Instant hot water - No key deposit. You keep your access badge with you. - Located in the best place in tetouan down, onto the French Institute. - etc

the hotel has ran out of water when people is still having a bath at night! there is no oral or literal warning in english since we check in at first place and no a single assistant after our serious complain. almost at midnight people have to find stores to buy some water in order to complish their bath, while hotel stuffs are just sitting or standing by like nothing's happening! next morning at half past 4 am water surply comes back surprisingly, then i get up immediately to irrigate the tolet. after that i can not sleep again. wretched me!

I stayed in the hotel 2 times (2018, 2021), and I have to say that its one of the best value for money services I stayed in. The hotel Vey clean, and the service is always nice.

A very warm welcome from the entire Mandari team. The staff were attentive, professional, and above all, very friendly! The room was spacious with a balcony and all the amenities, including a desk and bedside table. The bathroom was large and practical. The hotel's toiletries were excellent. I was able to use the room service, and it was truly impeccable. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. The staff took excellent care of me from arrival to departure; it was truly pleasant and made me feel very comfortable! For breakfast, there was a varied buffet with plenty of choices to suit all tastes. I hope this hotel gets its 4th star because it truly deserves it! Thank you to the whole team!

Exceptional, I recommend it 100%! The 5-star staff are incredibly professional, welcoming, helpful, available, and kind, all with a smile! A wonderful team! The breakfast was excellent, and we had dinner there yesterday; it was delicious with perfect service. The hotel is very clean, and the room was spotless with air conditioning.
