Unfortunately, my experience with this shop was very bad. I bought sweets that smelled awful, and some pieces seemed stale and inedible. I also noticed that the sweets were displayed directly by the shop door in glass containers, exposed to sunlight, not refrigerated or stored properly. I returned the sweets to the shop, but I received no refund and received no response or attempt to resolve the issue. Furthermore, some of the staff were unfortunately rude. I hope the shop management will pay more attention to product quality, storage methods, and customer respect. I urge those responsible for monitoring food safety and quality to intensify their inspections of shops and ensure compliance with food storage regulations to protect consumer health. Unfortunately, it was a bad experience, and I will not repeat it, nor do I recommend it.

Very kind and helpful. We asked for a sample of their vast selection of pastries and they gave us a lovely box. The samples were also incredibly delicious.

The service was very poor and disorganized, and there was a lack of cleanliness; the place was filthy and dirty. It's better to go somewhere else.
