I was very disappointed with the service at this café. The staff were unprofessional, and I found their treatment of customers very unpleasant. One expects a minimum of respect and courtesy, but unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit. A disappointing experience that I do not recommend.

Nothing to say, perfect

The food was truly excellent, no complaints about the quality of the dishes. However, the service was disastrous. The waiters were incredibly rude and unprofessional. From the moment we arrived, they didn't even bother to greet us properly. Since there was a match on, they preferred to watch it rather than attend to the customers, which made us wait a long time. When we asked for the menu to be brought to us and for our order to be taken, the waiter acted as if he hadn't seen me. Then he told me to go get a menu from another table. I find this completely unacceptable. It's not the customer's responsibility to get up and fetch a menu themselves. It's a real shame, because the food itself is excellent, but the service needs a complete overhaul. A very disappointing experience.

Great breakfast

To expensive for no reason The coffee was not that good And the service was the worst we asked politely to celebrate our friend birthday but they refused And later he refused to get paid for each order one by one which really upset me I'm not going to visit this spot any more

Yes, I've moved to a new city, but this is the first time I've had diarrhea after eating out. I had terrible stomach pain right after eating here (the food clearly wasn't fresh, or something wasn't right). I'm certain it came from here because I had breakfast here, then went straight to the pool without eating anything else all day, and only drank sealed mineral water. I had pain within 30 minutes of leaving the café. Be careful, may God reward you.

Once you visit, you'll never forget it. With VENEZIA ice, you're safe and secure.

Breakfast is always excellent. Very good value for money.
