The White Palace

I had a great experience at The White Palace. The service was excellent — Driss, our server, was very professional, attentive, and friendly. He made sure everything went smoothly and added a personal touch that made the evening even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Don’t waste your time coming here you will leave hungry and disappointed. We made a reservation for a birthday celebration, the place was empty during lunch time. The server knew absolutely nothing about the menu and seemed extremely lost. After placing our orders and waiting over an hour we left with no food at all. The waiter did not communicate to us the delay and we decided to leave. Lack of professionalism and service. Go elsewhere.

I was there today with my husband. It was a really disoppointing experience from the manager, the old guy who writes down the clients names and from the waiters. We waited along to get the menu then waited more to get the recommendation. Finally we left cuz that place was a wrong choice. More concern is needed

The food is subpar, the service is unprofessional, and the owners have a history of treating their employees poorly. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

It was incredibly spacious and beautifully furnished, offering an elegant blend of traditional Moroccan design and modern luxury. The suite was impeccably clean, peaceful, and comfortable, providing me with a restful sleep every night. The staff deserves a special mention as well. They were consistently attentive, always ready to assist, and extremely professional. Every request was attended to promptly and with a smile. Their commitment to ensuring a flawless stay for their guests is commendable. The hotel itself is located in a beautiful area of Rabat, within easy reach of local attractions and amenities. This made my exploration of the city convenient and enjoyable. In summary, I can't recommend White Palace Hotel highly enough. If you're looking for an unforgettable stay in Rabat, this is the place to be. The remarkable service, beautiful suites, and the warm hospitality have left a lasting impression on me. I wouldn't hesitate to return to this hotel – in fact, it's the only place I plan on staying when I return to Rabat. This isn't just a hotel; it's a home away from home. This place is a PALACE. Beautiful marble floors and hand crafted moldings. Multiple staff including the amazing owners were ALWAYS standing by and ready to help. Beautiful grounds in a beautiful clean city.

Mr Mehdi the manager and his staff are unbelievable, he will do anything to make your stay very special and most welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel . My experience was 5 stars plus
