Very bad experience. The service was extremely slow and unprofessional, staff were not helpful at all. The quality did not match expectations and the atmosphere was uncomfortable. Definitely not recommended.

At first, I was a huge fan of your burgers; I was practically addicted because of their quality. But with my last order, the burger bun seemed stale, and even after being warmed up, it completely crumbled. In short, the quality has declined compared to before. I hope you'll get back to the level that used to set you apart.
