Sun Hotel

We were having a quiet drink on the ground floor of the hotel, nearing closing time. Suddenly, the manager came shouting at the customers to announce he was closing. He yelled at us as if we were in a souk, sheep, and he was the shepherd 😉 supposedly because the hotel is rated 4 stars! The manager could have spoken politely without shouting; we weren't that far away, barely 3 or 4 meters from him 😜. There was a group of tourists there who had a good laugh out of pity 😊. Management really needs to train its staff; there are accredited schools for that. On the other hand, the waiters were very polite.

Worst place ever no Wifi on the 3rd floor place is dated and cold as hell at night. Mint tea is the most disgusting I've tasted in Marocco and the food menu has no selection truly a bad choice especially for 7000 Dirham.Stay away... Too bad there wasnt -5 star as a score they would get it. You wont see me back here for sure.

Hello. I couldn't find a restaurant. The kitchen staff kindly explained that food service stops at 3 PM and informed me that I could order from outside the establishment. When the order arrived, as usual, the security guard, who thinks he's the manager, started giving instructions (not to go outside barefoot and began using unacceptable language).

Located not far from the center of Beni Mellal, this hotel has private parking. Overall, the property is very well maintained despite its age, and features a landscaped park, a large swimming pool, and a tennis court. The rooms are quite spacious and clean, with very comfortable bedding. The bathrooms could use some updating, especially the fixtures, but they are still functional. The staff is welcoming and attentive. The breakfast buffet is very basic, offering only the essentials. A good choice for a short stay.

Beautiful place. Large, comfortable, typically Moroccan room. Excellent food. Stiff staff. It was very cold in the main dining room in February.

Excellent service, the staff are incredibly friendly, thank you all so much. Spotless cleanliness. The pool was spotless and the temperature was perfect. I was very happy with my stay.

I would have given 0 stars if it were in Google's review algorithm, because I received poor service from security. They wouldn't let me in to order a drink and sit down with my friend, claiming there was another place to get coffee. I spoke to the manager, a man with dark hair, slightly yellow teeth, and a large build.
