CATASTROPHIC If I could, I wouldn't give any stars, but I have to give one! The reception was very cold and not at all welcoming. I had made an appointment, yet the person who was supposed to be seeing me had to attend to someone else during my service and was on the phone several times, which is unacceptable. The service was rushed. I asked for a pedicure, and it's the first time I've ever suffered so much. When she was lifting the cuticles with her small clippers, she cut too close to the skin; it still hurts today. She applied clay and asked me to be careful not to get it on my foot. She showed me that she had hurt herself while scraping my foot! And the product, once rinsed off, left my feet completely pink. It's absolutely CATASTROPHIC, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. In Marrakech, when I receive the same service, the woman is gentle, smiling, and welcoming, and I don't suffer at all during the entire procedure. Here, I was tense and tense, absolutely avoid.
