Unfortunately, a very bad experience!

Horrible. A complete rip-off. 400 DHS per session + 200 DHS for "insurance" demanded at the END, without any prior notice. Of course, this insurance is never mentioned beforehand—probably because the coach knows perfectly well that no one will come back after such an experience. The coach's behavior is unacceptable; she yells at clients instead of teaching. Aggressive atmosphere, humiliations, no teaching skills whatsoever. And to top it all off, you're ordered to clean the reformer yourself after paying 600 DHS for an hour. Zero professionalism, zero respect, dishonest practices. Absolutely avoid.

A Pilates studio that focuses on real discipline and quality training, not trends. The space is clean, calm, and well maintained, and the atmosphere is respectful and discreet. People come here to train seriously, which makes a big difference. What I really appreciate is that this center teaches Pilates as a true physical discipline. The coaching is structured, precise, and demanding in the best sense. You are encouraged to stay committed, push yourself, and actually progress, rather than just going through the motions. I also see a lot of value in the studio’s standards, including cleaning your mat after each session. It keeps the place clean and shows respect for everyone. Thank you Nouhad and Sara for the high standards you maintain and for pushing us to our goals. No whining here 😁
