I strongly advise against using this establishment. I had an appointment at 1 p.m. and wasn't seen until 5:35 p.m., more than four hours late, with absolutely no organization or respect for the customer. The result was disastrous: my hair was burned during the service. Even worse, a razor was used on my daughter's eyebrows, a practice I find completely unacceptable. No apology, no gesture of goodwill, and no professionalism whatsoever. I will never set foot in this establishment again and I advise anyone looking for serious, high-quality service against going there.
