A joke. They're only a barber in name. The haircut wasn't what I asked for. It took an hour and the result was very disappointing. You ask for a haircut and they suggest another one that suits them. I'm fed up with these incompetents. We're happy to give them work, but a little effort would be appreciated. Last time for me.
