Riad Alya

We felt at home in this cozy and beautiful Riad. Beds were comfy, the breakfast well served and freshly prepared, the spa was also great. The staff is very friendly and helpful with orientations and for booking transfers and guides. We visited some touristic places around Fez, but we were always saying "our Riad is more beautiful than this". They really have a precious architecture here...

I stayed in Riad Alya (Riad means hotel) with my colleagues for 5 days. The positives (+) The place is amazing and unique, the architectural style is typical Andalusian Architecture. The breakfast everyday is different and it is a typical Morrocon, there is a piano. The staff is very friendly, their aim is to make their guests happy. The smile doesn't leave thier faces. The rooms are spacious and gorgeous. The Riad is very close to old Fes (bab bojnoud) or (blue gate) only 8 min walking, in the way to their, Al-Batha square includes local coffee shop and pharmacy. PLEASE don't miss staying on the roof to see Fes from above. Really I do recommend this place. ENJOY FES

Absolutely gorgeous interior (seriously, it is more ornate than most buildings, including mosques). Incredibly accommodating and hospitable staff who stayed up late to welcome us when we had train problems and who offered us breakfast past noon after we slept in and who helped us find a private driver. Mouth-watering Moroccan full-course meals on a rooftop terrace with breathtaking views of the landscape and cityscape. I absolutely love world travel, and this was one of the best experiences of my life. The location of the hotel being close to the medina is perfect for exploring this amazing cultural treasure trove of a city, Fès, on foot. Love love love this ryad!!!

Lovely light and airy room with view over the medina and into the courtyard, quite rare in Fez. Staff were were very welcoming. Good location close to the edge of the Medina in the Museum Batha area, which facilitates transport

Beautiful riad, the green bean and aubergine salads were out of this world! The bed was a bit hard for our standards, but otherwise amazing place! (Do get a guide to help you navigate the Médina, you will get totally lost if you attempt to find your way on your own - google maps is no help!)

Very lovely riad in Fes. Really good location but you can only get here by walking. There is some nearby parking for 30 Dh per night about 500 meters away. Great AC, hot water and room.

Thanks for the fantastic service you provided. We had a very nice impression of the Ryad and we will surely refer it to family and friends who intend to visit Fes.

The staff is extremely friendly and the rooms are very comfortable. There is absolutely nothing to complain about!
