Unfortunately, our experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. The food quality and service were far below acceptable standards. We found a metal nut bolt inside a chicken nugget, which is not only shocking but also extremely dangerous. There were also broken glass pieces, and some of the food was served uncooked, showing a serious lack of basic food safety and hygiene. On top of that, the restaurant is consistently late to open and start service, which shows poor organization and no respect for customers’ time. The service did not handle these issues properly and showed little concern for customer safety. If 0 were an option, that is the rating this place would deserve. This experience was unacceptable,
