Things that i like : Location, price, clean Things i don't like and need improvements : - Overall service is very moderate - Gives hostel vibe - I did not receive a hand/face towel or a floor towel during my first night (lackly, I had my own) - small room (good only for few days) - no help to carry your luggage to your room AND the worst : There was no WiFi for two days. I went to the lobby to get some work done, but an employee didn't allow me to stay

The property's location was superb, with access to the city center. The staff were friendly and the facility were top-notch. the cleanliness of the place was impressive, and the WiFi worked seamlessly. Overall, it was a great stay!

Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend Our experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory due to unprofessional staff and poor service. The team seemed indifferent to ensuring a pleasant stay for guests, resulting in a subpar experience overall. The breakfast quality was extremely disappointing. The limited options included scrambled eggs (which appeared diluted with water), boiled eggs (likely leftovers), stale croissants, and leftover salad items like lettuce, cucumber, and olives. The juice was not fresh, and the rolling toaster was out of order. On the second day, yogurt was missing entirely. Despite breakfast being advertised until 10 AM, staff began clearing food trays and wiping down tables as early as 9:30 AM, making it difficult to enjoy the meal. - The bathroom was not clean, with low-quality toilet tissue and only one roll provided. - No phone in the room to contact reception for assistance. - Dirty towels were replaced with just one fresh towel, and no floor mat was provided. Despite requesting an additional towel the next morning, it was never delivered. When we raised concerns at checkout, the receptionist simply stated, I informed my staff," with no further resolution or apology. Overall, this stay was highly unsatisfactory, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. The lack of professionalism, cleanliness, and basic amenities made for a frustrating experience.

The hotel has no frills. However, the service is outstanding. I had the pleasure to speak with Soumia and she went above and beyond her service. The staff is respectful and helpful. The rooms are small and clean and they offered free breakfast. I think it was remodeled. There's is a small food store that was convenient to us that arrived without luggage.

The hotel reception is the dining room, no lobby which is weird for me. In my opinion It's good if you are going to stay for one night. The room is small and tide. The cushions are very old and uncomfortable. The good thing at the beginning they gave us a room in 7th floor " dirty with no air conditioning and no bathroom light, cigarettes smell is everywhere in that room" I asked the receptionist to change the room and she did. The location is great and getting busy afternoon. Anyway I'll not come back, it's expensive compared to what you get.

This place is just amazing! Rooms are new but has not two separate beds, beds are super comfortable, shower is great. The rooms to the tram side are a bit noisy but we slept great. And you can get to meny places using the tram. Walking distance to thr rail station, walking distance to the centre. Staff was also nice. In the first floor you cant stanf the noisy from a disco

Good place to stay one or two nights. The hotel is new and close to the Train Station Casa Voyers. Our room was small, but comfortable. The breakfast was basic (only breads, hot and cold beverages).

Good proper hotel. The wifi wasn't working that good unfortunately, and they had no place to stow the luggage. Nice and friendly staff, clean rooms!
