I had a very good experience at this pharmacy. I was warmly welcomed by a young woman whose counter is located next to the baby section. She was very pleasant, smiling, patient, and attentive. I went to this pharmacy this morning, right when it opened. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed by the atmosphere. An employee was shouting very loudly, which disturbed the other customers. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've experienced this behavior. Each time I visit, this employee acts the same way, which gives the pharmacy a bad impression. Furthermore, she often sits in a corner cleaning or organizing products, without paying enough attention to customer service. I hope this situation will be addressed in order to improve the quality of service.
