I wish to express my deep dissatisfaction with the inhumane and degrading treatment I received. We are now taking the necessary steps and filing a complaint with His Majesty's representative and the relevant authorities, after the supervisor arrogantly refused to give us epilepsy medication for an 8-month-old girl undergoing therapy. It was time for her to take the medication, and if it is not taken on time, seizures begin. Despite showing the medical prescription over the phone, the response was a refusal. It was a truly awful experience and deserves the worst possible rating.
