LAH IYAKHED LHE9 ‼️ I'm back again with news from the CAF pharmacy. I have epilepsy and have been taking Keppra from this pharmacy for 3 years; it's a chronic condition. Today, my medication, which prevents my seizures, ran out. So my mother went to get the medication for me, knowing that I've been taking it from the same pharmacy for 3 years. She refused to give me my medication, claiming I don't have a prescription. If I ever have a seizure, I'm still going to leave a little note because I won't hesitate to file a complaint if anything happens to me. Hanouuuut, as usual.

You don't even deserve one star. I spend over 2000 dirhams a month at your pharmacy. The pharmacist knows I have epilepsy and just came out of a coma. I went to my neurologist on October 4, 2025. He gave me a three-month supply of medication. The pharmacist knew this and also knew that I had submitted my paperwork to the CNSS (National Social Security Fund) without waiting to buy the entire course of treatment. She knew the date I was supposed to go back to the doctor: January 4, 2026. Since I submitted the prescription to the CNSS, she refused to give me my medication, knowing that I have to take two packs of Keppra before going to my doctor, something she saw on the prescription before I even submitted it. I risk having a seizure, and not only that, she knows that if I stop my medication, I risk going into another coma. The last time I went to her pharmacy, I was in the middle of a seizure. During the crisis, she told me: "Choufi haltek ki weliti" And every time I ask to speak to the pharmacist, she tells me she's not there. I'D LIKE TO KNOW IF THIS IS A PHARMACY OR A HANOUT (a small shop/bar/shop) OUT OF EMPATHY.
