Such a beautiful place ! Worth visiting, calm and peaceful, clean, staff are very nice - really enjoyed the stay :)

The hotel restaurant was terrible: while we were there, the power went out, candles were brought only after 10 minutes when we asked for them (the waiter wasn't there for those 10 minutes), we waited 20 minutes for the bill, and eventually went looking for a waiter ourselves. The place is very expensive. The whiskey was poured at 3 milliliters, and a tagine costs 300 dirhams.

We just visited this Palace. A marvel! Everything is in the details and the refinement. Everything has been designed for the well-being of its guests. The manager's welcome was exceptional! Bravo to this Moroccan gentleman who created this exceptional space. He can be proud of himself and his country.

A true palace worthy of the name! Impeccable and very pleasant service. The staff, management, and owner are all incredibly attentive. The decor perfectly blends oriental style with modern touches. The amenities are of very high quality, and the room was very spacious and comfortable. We will definitely return; we had a wonderful stay.

Fantastic hotel in the traditional Morroco style. My wife and son had a magical time in the beautiful palace and it's stunning grounds. This is a place to relax, read, swim, yoga, etc. Breakfast and Dinner, while limited in choice are both excellent. Alcohol is served at UK prices. The location could be better, nothing much in walking distance of the hotel but then the hotel is so good that more than makes up for it. The staff were friendly, welcoming and very willing to discuss local culture and history.

First the good: - Amazing property. Really beautiful. Wonderful gardens. Nice (unheated) pool and loungers. - nice room in classical Moroccan style. - extremely comfortable beds. Now the bad: - in winter (we visited december) the hotel is very cold. They only heat the lobby and general areas in the evening and even then they remain too cold to sit there. - reception very slow and not well informed. Told us our dinner started at 19:00 but then they started at 21:00. Just an example. We asked for vegetarian for our son but they forgot to tell the waiting staff. Etc. The ugly: - they charged 100€ pp for new years eve dinner. This dinner was very badly organized and just a simple dinner (in a very cold restaurant) for which they would normally charge max 30 euro. For the price you’d expect them to be generous but they weren’t. All in all: for the price you’d expect 5 star experience. The building l, room and grounds deliver that but the services not at all.

This is like a true oasis in the desert!!! Spectacular place. Very refined. The gardens are some of the best I have enjoyed in a while. Our room is amazing and so is the rest of the building. Only downside is that there’s nowhere to go by foot nearby.
