I had a straightening treatment here that turned my hair orange. The owner, Yousef, refused to correct the issue and ended the service abruptly, asking me to leave before finishing. He was rude and disrespectful throughout the interaction. I would not recommend this salon to anyone seeking professional or courteous service.
