Absolutely pathetic. I had a hammam appointment, the woman forgot about me and asked me to wait. I waited an hour, and then she told me Tayaba had left... I'll let you imagine the rest. The service was 00000 amateurish.

⚠️ VERY NEGATIVE REVIEW ⚠️ A simply catastrophic experience at this salon! I have rarely seen such a disgusting and unprofessional place. The hairdresser harassed the clients, showing absolutely no respect. I felt uncomfortable all day 😡. Hygiene is nonexistent, the tools are dirty, and the atmosphere is oppressive and vulgar. When it comes time to pay, they try to inflate the bill and force you to spend more. The women who work there are rude, cold, and very unpleasant. Frankly, it was the first and last time I will ever set foot in this nightmare. I strongly advise against this salon, whether for the spa, hairstyling, or any other service. Run away! It's a complete waste of time, money, and energy!!!

Very good hammam service

If you want to waste your money, go to this salon. I went in for a facial, she turned on the steamer, then left for five minutes to turn it off and tell me that the steam treatment wasn't included in the regular facial (they just didn't want to move it next to my chair). Then she immediately wanted to do a blackhead extraction on my dry skin with closed pores! And don't even get me started on the facial itself, which was completely ineffective. I swear all the blackheads are still on my face. This salon really treats people like idiots.

It's disgusting, don't get your nails done there, I had them done with 250dh and after not even 2 days they came off, plus if you ask for a refund they won't answer you, horrible
