We had an unforgettable stay at Riad Fes Colors & Spa! The hosts are incredibly kind and generous; I highly recommend it! They are always available, helpful, and invite you to share in their daily life. The riad is ideally located just a 3-minute walk from the Medina and boasts a beautiful terrace with stunning views of the city. The newly opened hammam is also very pleasant. Breakfast and dinner are also incredibly generous and prepared with care. In short, go without hesitation; you won't be disappointed :)

I spent a total of 12 days in Morocco and stayed in seven different riads in the lower to mid-price range. Considering the value for money, this one was by far the best: - My room was large enough and spacious. Everything was clean. - The air conditioning worked perfectly, which is essential in the summer heat of Fez. - The bathroom was also large enough, with a separate shower. - The water temperature was easy to regulate. The water pressure was also perfect. - Breakfast was good and included sliced ​​meats and fruit. - The location is ideal, as it's not in the heart of the medina, yet only about a 10-minute walk away. - The host easily arranged a taxi for me in the evening and even printed my boarding pass. Overall, I highly recommend this riad.

Fantastic riad! Excellent family experience. The riad is beautiful and the staff welcoming. We also thoroughly enjoyed the hammam and massage – a truly relaxing experience. Close to the medina. Everything is within walking distance. The location near the parking lot made things really easy for us. I highly recommend it; excellent value for money.

We stayed two nights in this magnificent riad, where the setting is truly authentic; you feel like you're in a traditional Moroccan home. Our hosts were incredibly attentive, offering advice throughout our stay and ensuring we had a wonderful time. They played with our 18-month-old son so we could relax during breakfast, and we had some very interesting conversations. The rooms are very clean, the air conditioning works well, and the bedding is very comfortable. The bathroom is authentically decorated like a hammam and is well-equipped. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful. The riad has a rooftop terrace with a beautiful view of the Fes medina. The medina is also just a short walk away, which is incredibly convenient. The parking lot is currently under construction, but there are a few spaces near the riad opposite the café. Our hosts consistently helped us with parking and luggage. Overall, excellent value for money. The real highlight is the warm hospitality of the hosts. Go without hesitation.

We experienced the hammam and massage, and we had a wonderful time! The women at the hammam took excellent care of us, and we enjoyed a truly special and relaxing experience. The massages and products were fantastic! The owner and his wife gave us a very warm welcome. I highly recommend it!

I was extremely disappointed by the level of service and sense of responsibility at this Riad. I was shocked to find that my car had been towed without any prior notice or clear explanation from the staff, even though I had asked before parking if I was allowed to park there. The response was, "Yes, no problem, no worries." I asked him to accompany me to the police station and the impound lot, as I am unfamiliar with the Moroccan system, but he abandoned me and replied, "I have other things to do." This experience significantly marred my stay, and I would not recommend this hotel to other travelers. We left the Riad immediately. I do not recommend this Riad. Catastrophic, not even worth 1 star. Reply to your message FYI It was your staff who asked me to park there, even though I insisted, and they forced me to park there. To me, that's incompetence. You don't care about the comfort and proper facilities of your guests. And I repeat and confirm, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RIAD TO ANYONE ELSE... and also, the rooms aren't clean and there are lots of ants 🐜 And all your positive reviews are dubious...
