Large residence with well-maintained gardens, but very crowded. The pools are packed, it feels like a public pool, lots of children, no respect...chatter and shouting until 2 am, impossible to sleep even with the windows closed and no air conditioning 🥵🥵🥵 In short, an experience not to be repeated, especially for families who value peace and quiet...it's like the Parisian suburbs with their housing projects and high-rises

I strongly advise against staying in this apartment. It was poorly cleaned, and one of the bedrooms had a burned-out light bulb. There were no towels in the bathroom; just in case, I slept in my motorcycle suit.

It's a quiet place

The apartment is old and needs a lot of improvements and maintenance to justify the price we paid. The fridge wasn't working, there were cockroaches in the kitchen, and we weren't sure the sheets were clean. We found them unfolded in the living room and they didn't smell clean, so we weren't comfortable using them and preferred to sleep without them. The apartment smelled damp. The reception wasn't great, and the lady didn't even answer my calls the next day to give her the keys and my change, so I left them with security and we left around 11 am. I would never go back.

A complete disgrace, don't go there under any circumstances, it's a SCAM! We booked and paid for an apartment for the evening of August 22nd, but none of the three phone numbers provided answered, so it was impossible to find out where the apartment was or get the keys. At midnight, we had to sleep under the stars; luckily, the night was starry.

Beware, this is a scam! I booked through Booking.com with advance payment by credit card. Upon arrival, I called the woman who manages the property at +212 624-066980. She didn't answer. After several attempts, she finally answered and informed us that the apartment was unavailable. She spoke aggressively, raised her voice, was rude, and said it wasn't her problem to deal with Booking.com. She hung up and blocked the number. Her number appears for several residences in Mohammedia and Bouznika: +212 624-066980. Beware, stay away! They are scammers with no management.

The location is very beautiful and clean... To avoid any booking problems, contact Mr. Abdo at 0674.31.67.60... Furthermore, the residence is just a 5-minute walk from the beach.

Located in Mansouria, this hotel is attractive with its Atlantic views. It's not very large, but its proximity to the city of Mohammedia makes it a desirable location.
