Service is nonexistent, with high effectiveness but no efficiency.
Everything is good except for the fish pastilla; there's zero fish/seafood.
A pastry shop that deserves respect... very, very good products. I ordered two birthday cakes, one of which was a designer cake. For the first time, I ate and savored a designer cake. Good chocolate, not too sweet, a smooth cream. And the second, a mango-passion fruit cake, was well-balanced, and the pistachio biscuit was perfect. The saleswomen were also helpful, and we received a warm welcome. By the way, I ordered a traditional baguette, which perhaps could have benefited from a longer resting/fermentation time for a more open crumb structure.
❤️❤️❤️
excellent
Pastries were nowhere to be found this afternoon, Monday, May 26th.
As a loyal customer for years, I'm shocked by the price increase. Going from 250 to 320 dirhams for a tray of almonds without any explanation is simply outrageous. The quality doesn't justify such a price hike, and it clearly feels like customer loyalty is taken for granted. It's truly disappointing.
What a disappointment! As a long-time loyal customer, I never hesitated to drive 30 minutes to come to your establishment. Unfortunately, the experience has become disastrous. Prices have skyrocketed while the quality has plummeted. The canapé platters are simply inedible. The most outrageous thing was my last experience: I bought a salmon quiche that contained only vegetables... not a trace of fish in sight. With prices like these, you'd think you were in France, except that nothing here justifies such a price hike in the face of such a collapse in quality.
