Very poor And MiserableExperience Came from onother contry to enjoy the experience of the beach view and the service But unfortunately we had the bad experience in our life We came with our family nobody aproached us to take the order We took the menu from the station by ourself than we asked one of the waiter to take our order but he says he cannot and he told us he will call the waiter who is in-charge of this table so we had to wait for 30mins than one of our family member went to look for someone to take the order than one of the waiter told him ill come there and take the order than we waited for another 1hr Again my brother went to check whats wrong and he was looking for the sepervisor or the restaurent manager but unfortunately there was no manager or supervisor to talk which very weird such a restaurant whithout any person in-charge than we got to know from one of tge staff that the waiter who supposedly to get our order and in.charge of our section he left which is not professional at all Lets say that his shift might finished so where is the replacement I feel very bad and so shy in front of my family specially i was like very interesting and i was encouraging my family to go there

The crêpe was disappointing, and when we politely raised the issue, the staff responded rudely. Very unfortunate experience—customer service definitely needs improvement.

The food and the atmosphere were good. The view is amazing ! The service by Anas was great.

Very disappointing experience. When we arrived, no one came to our table, and we eventually had to get the menus ourselves from the counter. After finally placing our order, we waited approximately 45 minutes with no updates or explanation from the staff. We were so hungry and frustrated that we decided to leave. As we were leaving, our food finally arrived. The staff apologized but provided no reason for the excessive delay. Since we had already waited so long, we decided to stay and eat. Unfortunately, the food did not make up for the poor service. All three burgers were served on buns that were severely burned. The bread had a thick, dark charred layer that was inedible, and we had to remove parts of it before eating. I have attached photos showing the condition of the buns.

Very disappointing experience. We waited more than 30 minutes for our food and when it finally arrived, it was already cold. It did not taste good (as it used to be) and was far from what we expected. To make matters worse, our server seemed to disappear for a long period of time, making it difficult to get any updates about our order or ask for assistance. When we eventually spoke to other staff members about the delay, some of them were dismissive instead of apologizing or helping to resolve the situation. I had recommended this restaurant to friends and family many times in the past, but after this experience, I can no longer do so. It was also frustrating to see customers who arrived after us being served much sooner. Good service is just as important as good food and unfortunately, this restaurant failed on both counts during our visit. I would not recommend it based on this experience.

Very good fish with a beautiful view. We enjoyed the sunset and excellent service by Aziz. A place to come back
