La grande Pharmacie, Rabat Hassan

I am extremely disappointed by the service and behavior of the cashier at this pharmacy. I went to this pharmacy to buy a tin of NAN Optipro 1 infant formula (800g) for my baby, costing approximately 185 DH. When I went to pay, I wanted to use my bank card. The cashier told me she refused card payments unless I was buying other items. When I explained that I only had my bank card, she replied in a particularly inappropriate manner: "واش حنا غير مسخرين ليك". She then added that she would exceptionally accept card payments this time, but that on my next visit, I absolutely must bring cash, otherwise it would be useless, especially if I only wanted to buy infant formula. Beyond this refusal, the basis and legitimacy of which I don't understand, it's primarily her haughty attitude, her complete lack of respect, and her way of speaking to customers that are unacceptable. After sharing this experience with a colleague, I learned that I was unfortunately not the only one to have encountered such an unpleasant reception from this same person. This suggests that it's not an isolated incident, but a recurring problem. Nothing can justify such a lack of professionalism, especially when it comes to essential products for infants. For me, that was my last visit to this pharmacy. I will not recommend it until the quality of the welcome, the respect for customers and the professionalism of the staff are up to the standard of service that everyone has the right to expect.
