I spent 2 days here and I didn’t like it, They’re not helpful, not kind

Excellent breakfast served on a cozy rooftop terrace. Centrally located, within walking distance of the airport. Simple and clean.

As a regular visitor to the area and to Dakhla, I frequent this hotel for three reasons: its location, its price, and its panoramic terrace. Unfortunately, this doesn't compensate for the unfriendly attitude of all the staff, a rare occurrence in Morocco! The receptionists don't say hello and are stingy with any effort, to the point of not even extending their hands to hand over the keys, too busy being constantly glued to their phones. The welcome is glacial... a reflection of their aggressive and utterly unprofessional manager. And what can be said about the women dedicated to breakfast? So slow that you might consider getting coffee elsewhere while they take forever to make yours. Not a smile to boot; that's too much to ask, here you feel like you're bothering them. Unacceptable! In Morocco, you can accept many details, but not the generally cold, even hostile, atmosphere that reigns in this rather sad establishment.

I stayed at this place, it's beautiful inside, the service is very pleasant, and the people are very nice. I recommend you visit it and I will return again.

Very clean with a direct view of the bay. Friendly, helpful, and welcoming staff.

The reception was excellent, the hotel was recently renovated and has rooftop rooms with stunning sea views.
