Friendly staff 😊 the guy at the front desk was really nice to us, he welcomed us and helped us with luggage and parking. AC works really well, and the sheets were clean. Some rooms have access to a balcony ( ours had one, the street view at night was amazing ). However the bathroom is really tiny, you can barely move around! And the shower was cold, we visited on July so it was no big deal, but I wonder what it would be like during winter 🥶. The interior is very modest and vintage, such a vibe honestly! ps: watch out for the cigarettes smell, also, the price is negotiable!

Amazing location in the center of town. Wonderful personnel, very friendly and efficient. There was no breakfast during my visit (2021) because of Covid, so I cannot comment on that. The shower was cold to tepid, as others have noted. Excellent value for money (priced about 1/10 that of the luxury hotels nearby). Highly recommended.

The staff here are the best, great English speakers and so hospitable. Yonas was super helpful with information and alley us to stay late because we had a late train. The room was the perfect size amazing AC and the shower was great. The lounge was beautiful and tea was available! A must stay in Oujda!

WORST HOTEL Forget about having a shower water always cold

A magnificent and charming hotel, offering a soothing atmosphere, an idyllic setting, and very welcoming and helpful staff. I highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway!

The only positive points about this place: - The friendliness of the staff - The fairly decent breakfast - The charming decor - The cleanliness, despite the building's age - The location (not far from the city center) Negative points: - The Wi-Fi is too weak - The uncomfortable bedding and outdated furniture that needs replacing - Leaks in the bathrooms - Hot water is only available after 7 p.m.
