The hotel has a lot of charm and character, making it a pleasant place to stay at first glance. However, I was surprised by a general lack of maintenance that, in my opinion, doesn't reflect the hotel's standard and prices. I noticed several very problematic issues: stained sheets covered in dust and hair; poor soundproofing; very basic quality consumables (soap, toilet paper, etc.); and housekeeping that didn't seem to be provided continuously. The staff was friendly and agreed to move me to another room, but the situation was the same in both rooms... It gives the impression that they're cutting corners on essentials, at the expense of guest comfort. In short, a beautiful setting, but an experience that could be significantly improved with better cleanliness standards and more attention to detail.
