Disappointed that the hotel pool is shared with the aquapark, too noisy, too many people in the pool
This was my second visit, this time off-season, and I was once again warmly welcomed. The staff is very attentive and considerate, anticipating every request and eager for suggestions to improve their service. Every service you would expect in a luxury hotel is provided, from luggage handling upon arrival at your car to being taken to your room, to breakfast service—everything is perfect, and I encourage you to experience it for yourself. I didn't have time to try the indoor pool, gym, spa, or hammam, but I'll be sure to do so on my next visit.
A true gem of a hotel! The facilities were modern and well-maintained, and the service was impeccable from beginning to end. I loved the view from my room and the tranquility of the place. A truly memorable experience.
I was one of the first guests at this luxury hotel. The staff is incredibly attentive, the breakfast is excellent, and the bedding is superb. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking tranquility and high-quality service. The only downside is that I wasn't able to use the spa (it was under renovation).
I absolutely do not recommend this place. We booked 15 rooms ranging from 4 to 10 nights, and they didn't keep their promises. They were ripped off on the room prices and had no customer service whatsoever. I will definitely not be returning.
Super friendly staff, stylish design, and the restaurant food is excellent! A special shout-out to Chef Sanaa, who was incredibly helpful. The room was spotless; I highly recommend this place – don't miss it in Taza!
A terrible experience, terrible service, terrible organization, the pools were vandalized by strangers... very, very expensive. Unfortunately, I think most of the positive reviews are paid for.
During my tour of Morocco, I stayed in 13 different hotels. This one was by far the best. There were certainly some unique accommodations, such as a kasbah or a riad. But this hotel offered the best overall experience and amenities I saw, all at a reasonable price. I must especially commend the friendliness of the staff, who were incredibly helpful in getting my spare glasses, which I had left behind during my first stay. Furthermore, during my second stay on June 1st, I wanted to watch the Champions League final. The hotel's TV channels weren't broadcasting it, but the reception staff immediately and proactively reserved a table for me at a nearby restaurant where the game was being shown.
