Many things need to change in the hotel, especially the rooms; the breakfast is meager, and you only get towels in the evening.

This hotel doesn't deserve 4 stars; avoid it!! Very poor service

One of the worst hotels I ever stayed in the last 50 years. The hotel's name should be changed to Hotel des Horreurs. It's a horrible place and I don't understand why it is operating as a four star hotel. Indeed it starts at the reception where the receptionist looks like a character out of a horror movie. When we arrived at the reception, we paid cash for the bungalow as we had difficulties using a bankcard, but the scary man at the reception desk refused to give us a receipt for the cash payment we made. He told us that we will get it later. The bungalows are in a very bad state, they smell and at night we found a roach and other crawling insects There was no air conditioning and as there was no window, we opened the glass door to the terrace only to have wild cats getting in our room. The hotel grounds are shabby and dirty. The only thing that is good about this hotel is its great location, next to the the old city and across from the beach.

I only came for a drink at the bar where the barman took away the bottles as I was drinking, then made his own number up, it was a scam with the Moroccan "guide" and barman. Thought it was a fancy place where this didn't happen 🤣🤣🤣 If you read this review, don't think twice and book somewhere else

The really good thing about this hotel is its location. Close to the port & just outside the medina. Everything else is just average. Breakfast content, quality & service: average. Rooms are clean but have seen better days. I don't consider this place value for money compared to our other accommodation experiences here in Morocco over the last 3 weeks.

The worst experience. Me and my family went to the hotel and we stayed in a suite we payed for one of the better rooms and there was a terrible smell of humidity . There was not hot water and the worst was they didn’t want to change the room even the hotel was empty The guy in the reception didn’t want to solve the issued and even wanted to charge me for changing the room It was a very bad experience and it’s a shame because I love marruecos and always had very good experiencies but this was not the case The hotel was disappointed

I stayed in this hotel only 2 nights then changed it immediately to another Hotel. This hotel was 4 stars 20 years ago now is 1 star only. As you can see in the photos, the Hotel has no central heating or air conditioning. In winter time warm in summer extremely hot. We could not take shower because it was freezing cold, after two nights I got sick. The small heaters that we had in the rooms were not enough to warm up the room and they were dangerous. This hotel has 0 in health and safety regulation. I left the hotel because I was feared for my life of any cause of fires by the unsafe heaters. The structure of this hotel is very old and there were no renovation for years at it seems to be. We could not even site in the lobby to relax or use the internet because of the cold, even the resturant was cold. Don’t visit this hotel if you want to enjoy ur holiday. We got sick and our holiday were ruined and we lost a lot money.

Only hotel located centrally with an outdoor pool. Clean, friendly multi lingual staff. I had the outdoor bungalow which are more popular and private. Breakfast average and not much variety though. Close to gate Saba old city (5 min walk), across road from beach.
