Well, what to say the room was ok The towel as you can see from the pic looks like rag, to mop the floor The curtain are very thin, the sunlights are all over the place Too much smell of cigarette. Not good price/ quality Actually 400 dh(no meals were included) i was expecting 3 star hotel We had a studio in merrakech with the same price it was amazing i felt like 5 start hotel. The only good thing was hot water.

I have no negative opinion. We were three people arriving late in Safi during the summer, and since the hotels were almost full, we had to accept this establishment's conditions. The air conditioning was faulty: it didn't work in most of the rooms, and in the one that did, the remote control was unusable. There was a bad smell of sewage in the rooms on the 5th floor. The reception was very unpleasant: the receptionist kept repeating "Hadchi li 3ta Allah" and had the audacity to ask us to pay for parking even though our car was parked on the street! Avoid if possible, especially in the summer. Absolutely.

Absolutely terrible, terrible, terrible, terrible, and terrible. So far from professional. The door and the facade look like a dump, but no, avoid this hotel at all costs. The very least they could do is provide hot water in the showers—they don't even exist. Imagine the disaster! You lock your room, leave, and when you come back, you find the door unlocked. Subhanallah! I hope the managers read the customer reviews. A suggestion from a guest: improve the service and consider renovating the rooms. Thank you

There's nothing to like about this hotel. Only the location in the city center. The rooms aren't clean. The toilets aren't pleasant. The breakfast is good...
