Hôtel Ambassy

The Ambassy Kenitra hotel is magnificent! The welcome was very pleasant, as were the rooms and the food. The breakfast was lovely and very good! The owner is super friendly, kind, and helpful; I've never seen anything like it in any other hotel. I came three years ago, and I don't regret coming to this hotel at all. Thank you to the whole team, even the cleaning staff—they're so nice! And the location is very well situated in the city center, not far from the train station—great! 😘

Very bad hotel, very dirty, smells of mold, and very unfriendly staff at reception. We paid €80 for one night including breakfast, but when we wanted to have breakfast in the morning, the unfriendly man at reception told us that there was no breakfast and that including breakfast had supposedly been a mistake.

Absolutely terrible! No cleanliness, no hospitality. My husband and I stayed there one night, and the smell of garbage and cigarettes was unbearable. The bedding wasn't cleaned at all. It's not worth the price.

Very old hotel, breakfast very poor for my taste. Sheets and towels changed every day.
