An absolute disgrace for the establishment. During my recent visit, I was literally assaulted by the behavior of a vicious, vulgar, and exceptionally nasty saleswoman. One expects a minimum of respect and professionalism in any business, but this place is the absolute worst: aggressive tone, inappropriate remarks, and utter rudeness. It's shameful to treat customers like this, especially in a Moroccan pastry shop where buying traditional pastries is supposed to be a moment of sharing and conviviality. This person has absolutely no place in the business. If management doesn't immediately reprimand its staff or dismiss them, you're headed for disaster. Your brand image is completely destroyed by this kind of toxic behavior. Avoid at all costs!

A delicious product

I've been ordering from this bakery for over six years, but lately the staff have become rude and unprofessional. Treating a long-time customer like everyone else is unacceptable. Selling inedible baguettes and refusing to exchange them is fraud. And when we talk about our rights, no one—the cashier there—refuses to speak or answer, or even exchange the baguettes. This is just one example of many.

A terrible experience. The service was catastrophic from beginning to end. The staff, especially the woman on duty, were disrespectful, indifferent, and unprofessional. My questions were ignored, and I felt like I was bothering them rather than being a customer. Respect for the customer seems to be a completely absent concept. I am deeply disappointed and I advise anyone who expects even a minimum of courtesy and consideration to avoid this establishment. PS: This is unfortunately the second time this has happened to me, and with two different people. Another time, the woman on duty actually insulted a customer right in front of me simply because he asked why he had to pay for the bag in which the bread was placed! It's truly CATASTROPHIC! Shame on you!!!! 😡😡😡

Poor quality and overpriced. The staff is unprofessional. I do not recommend it.
