A classy and comfortable hotel, with thoroughly clean rooms.

SCAM. They hook you in with a cheaper reservation with booking and when you arrive at the hotel (in my case 10pm) they claim the price was an IT mistake. They offer two options: - Pay (in our case) x3 the value of the original reservation. - Get kicked out. All the meanwhile hotel staff was very rude.

New Hotel but ... it needs to have more experience in how to serve customers. Also, room were too tight & doors are designed not in a smart way, so bathroom door & room door kills more of the tiny space in the small room.

OK for a short break, but dry hotel.

I wish to express my profound dissatisfaction with the spa at the Flower Town Hotel Rabat, whose lack of professionalism completely ruined my day. I had a confirmed appointment at 1 p.m. for a hammam (body package). Upon arrival, there was no one at the spa reception. I waited for over 10 minutes without being attended to. I had to go inside and find someone myself. A woman finally came out and asked me to wait some more. The result: a 55-minute wait, with no apologies and no consideration for my schedule, even though I had planned a complete program: hammam, massage, waxing, and blow-dry. It should also be noted that my friend had an appointment at 4 p.m. but chose not to show up, fearing she would experience the same frustration and disorganization as me. Faced with this unacceptable situation, I was forced to leave and complain to the hotel reception in order to find alternative options elsewhere. Unfortunately, all the salons I called were fully booked, and I had to have my treatments done at three different salons, in a state of complete stress, solely due to their poor organization. What should have been a relaxing day turned into a day of stress and frustration. No client deserves such a lack of respect and professionalism. I strongly advise against this spa and hope that management will finally take the necessary steps to prevent other clients from having the same experience.

A very pleasant and tastefully decorated hotel. All the staff are friendly, welcoming, and smiling. It's a shame we couldn't use the pool because it was closed one day and had a technical problem the next... Breakfast is decent. One small point: the scrambled eggs and sausages were cold. :)

Superb hotel, very well located, the rooms are beautiful, the bedding is impeccable – you sleep better than at home. The only slight problem was the bathroom; there was a sewer smell that permeated the entire room, and especially when taking a shower, the small bathroom flooded because water poured through the glass door.

The hotel is comfortable and offers free parking for guests. The breakfast is good and varied, including fresh orange juice, scrambled eggs, fruit, and a selection of cold cuts. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and had a small terrace, which is very useful for a smoker. The views weren't spectacular because there was a building under renovation nearby. The shower has a hydromassage system with several settings; it takes a little practice to get the hang of it. There was a large smart TV. The hotel has a spa, but I can't comment on it because I didn't use it. The best thing about the hotel is the young man at reception in the mornings; unfortunately, I can't remember his name. The hotel is located in a quiet, upscale area. Just behind the hotel are luxury shops like Rolex, jewelry stores, etc.
