Dr. Fatima Zahra Ouahidi is a competent and professional doctor whom I highly recommend. Thanks to her treatment, I obtained excellent results regarding the surface blemishes I had, which encouraged me to continue treatment with her for those located under the skin. However, on a personal level, I was somewhat disappointed. I had a follow-up appointment that I was unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances. I asked her assistant if I could explain the situation that prevented me from coming, but my request was categorically refused, and I was not given the opportunity to be seen. I believe that listening, kindness, and empathy are qualities that complement professional excellence and greatly contribute to building patient trust.
